Vitamin D is a vitamin that you don’t hear just a whole lot about. When I was young, I heard it in Sunny D commercials. As an adult, I hear it reference to the sun...and that’s about it. It is said that we definitely need this healthy vitamin, but we are not generally told how much, where to get it, or what happens when we don’t get enough. What Does Vitamin D Do?
