  • Breastfeed: believe it or not, feeding your new baby isn’t just beneficial to their health but to yours too! Breastfeeding helps you to lose weight and in a healthy way.

  • Drinking Water: Water is always a great option for anyone looking to stay at a healthy weight or to lose a few pounds. While it may help in boosting metabolism, it definitely helps with fighting dehydration and may help you stay full longer.
