Meet The Doctors
Dr. Steven M. Cocks, D.C.
Southern California University of Health Sciences
Years Practicing: 25
Dr. Cocks earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1991 and is licensed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Cocks is proficient in a variety of adjusting techniques and his patients vary from toddlers to the elderly. He has also performed extensive volunteer work for various non-profit organizations.
Dr. Cocks comes from extensive chiropractic family background. He personally had 12 years of experience in the field with his family's practice and with other private practices and then went on to fulfill his deep desire to become a doctor in the profession he loves.
Dr. Cocks knows chiropractic works because we are self-healing, self-regulating organisms controlled by our nervous systems. It's simple! Spinal damage or injury at any age can misalign bones and shift the spine off-center. The result is stress on the nervous system, muscle spasm, postural distortion and spinal decay. Nerves going to all parts of the body can be affected. Correcting the spine can alleviate stress, pain and discomfort, allowing the body to heal and function properly. Without drugs or surgery, regardless of age, for over a century, chiropractic has helped millions, naturally. His positive attitude, leadership and amazing patient care has made him a valuable part of our team in San Clemente!
