Dr. Vollrath has been a Chiropractor for over 29 years and has practiced in Maryland and Pennsylvania before moving to Myrtle Beach. He became interested in Chiropractic when as a teenager he saw the results some of his family members got from Chiropractic treatment.
After undergraduate college Dr. Vollrath attended Texas Chiropractic College where he graduated in 1986 with honors. This is also where he met and married his wife Diane.
Dr. Vollrath is skilled in a variety of Chiropractic methods, including Diversified (manual), Thompson and Activator techniques. He is also proficient in adjustments of the extremities.
Dr. Vollrath states that he enjoys working at "The Joint" because it allows him to concentrate solely on patient care and what the patient needs. Insurance company rules, regulations and limitations don't play a part in the process.
Dr. Robin Willey, D.C.
Texas Chiropractic College
Years Practicing: 37
Dr. Willey brings over 35 years of experience to The Joint SayeBrook. He has owned and operated clinics in Ohio and South Carolina and personally treated thousands of patients. While attending Ohio State University as an undergraduate student a childhood friend experienced dramatic relief from a chronic respiratory condition through chiropractic treatment, this prompted Dr. Willey to enroll in Texas Chiropractic College where he graduated with honors in 1979. After graduation he had the fortune to mentor with Dr. David Ramby where he perfected his adjusting and diagnostic skills. He utilizes a variety of techniques with an emphasis on Diversified (manual) and Activator methods. Dr. Willey enjoys working at The Joint because of the “patient centered” focus allowing him to focus on the patient’s needs.
