Tips for Preventing Winter Injuries

During the winter months, medical providers see an increased number of injuries related to ice and snow conditions. The Joint Chiropractic’s Dr. Kyle Norman says he sees back injuries in the winter as a result of poor shoveling technique and people slipping and falling on ice. If you have to shovel, Dr. Norman recommends doing it correctly or your back could be in trouble.
