Control Your Core Muscles

Try Not to Slouch

Holding it improperly can put stress on the entire spine. Refraining from slouching also allows for a person to sit up straight. Although many prefer to slouch, it is one of the worst things a person can actually do to the back. Sitting with both feet flat on the ground can benefit posture. Wearing comfortable shoes and refraining from carrying heavy bags can both help posture, too.
