Tips for Relieving Back Pain After Computer Work

After catching up on Facebook, it is time to move on to Twitter. Next, you spend hours trying to achieve inbox zero in several email accounts. Then, it is time to check messages, reply to comments and watch funny videos on YouTube. It is easy to lose track of time online after spending hours in front of a computer.
