Core Strength and Chiropractic: The Correlation

Good posture, the ability to perform physical activities, a higher tolerance against illness and injury, and even energy can all be helped with a strong core. Planks and bridges might be a good starting point since they'll strengthen both your core and your back muscles.

Other exercises will be frowned upon. Perhaps you've been trying sit-ups for some time to no avail. Your chiropractor may insist you avoid this type of exercise because it can be harsh on your back. You will also only target a certain section of your abdominals and not all of them. You need variety and not just sit-ups to see results.
