How to Increase Your Life Span
By Omer Rashid
Life is a wonderful blessing and it is truly a great feeling to be among your loved ones. In order to prolong your lifespan, you have to take care of your health. Here are some things you can incorporate into your daily routine to stay fit.
Eat Healthily
Eat lots of vegetables and have your meals cooked in olive oil. Restrict the use of animal products such as cheese and butter. In the U.S., cardiac disease is the most common cause of death and it's the most pronounced reason that reduces life expectancy.
Consuming vegetables removes bad fats as well, and vegetarians also have one of the strongest arteries around.
Lots of antioxidants are also taken in by people who consume lots of vegetables. Antioxidants allow the body to heal some of the harm that aging does.
Go Outside
Simply by going outside, lifespan can be improved. Your skin gets exposed to sunlight when you go outside. The exposure activates the production of Vitamin D by the cells in your skin. This vitamin is crucial for the health of the bones and counters anxiety, heart problems, diabetes. The best and cheapest way to boosting your health and increasing your lifespan is to sustain Vitamin D levels. Data suggests that 50 percent of people have low Vitamin D levels because they just do not really get that much outside.
Hang Out With Mates
By just going out with your relatives and friends, life expectancy can be improved. The more you go out with people who are close to you, the better your health status will become. And the best way to be close to someone is to have a meaningful relationship. The person could either be a partner, a friend or a relative. People are less likely to keep unhealthy habits when they have healthy relationships in their lives and are much more able to take care of themselves. Also, having close relationships decreases the effect of stress on your health.
Get Daily Workout
By dedication to physical exercise, life expectancy can be increased. A study reveals that individuals who get involved in intense workouts for about three hours a week have DNA and cells that are nine years younger than people who do not exercise.
Do Not Smoke
Smoking is closely associated with sickness and early death. Quitting smoking will extend your life significantly.
Have a Good Sleep Routine
Sleep is essential for controlling the role of cells and helps to heal the body. Too little and too much sleep also appears to be a factor in impacting life expectancy. Improving your sleep routine and getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night can help individuals live for longer.
With these basic steps and improvements, you can easily increase your lifespan.
