While there are many good things to look forward to in the spring, one of the most exciting is the change in food. Seasonal food is so fun. New recipes, fresh ingredients -- it's a good time to make positive changes to your menu. Even though we want our food to be healthy, we also want it to be delicious. Luckily, the spring provides opportunity for both. If you're ready to improve your menu with healthy and delicious food, take a look at these foods to give a try. 

Fresh Fruit

There's nothing better than fresh fruit when it's warm outside. Berries, melons, juicy citrus fruit -- it's delicious! Stock your refrigerator with fruit galore, and use it for breakfast, snacks, or even with your lunch and dinner. It's such a great way to improve your diet and make your food feel seasonal all at the same time. Most grocery stores have plenty to choose from at this time of year, but if you're looking for more organic options, consider hitting up a local gardener or farmer's market.
