But sometimes, making the right decision is just hard! We’re so used to blowing off our health needs, it can be especially difficult to get things turned around. And changing your habits means making better decisions, which requires a whole new way of thinking. Do Your Research
One of the most important parts of making decisions is simply being informed. Without knowledge, you may as well flip a coin.
