You can't live your happiest life if you're always bombarded by stress. Though we all have to deal with stress, it's so important to learn how to deal with it. It's important to learn how to lessen it. What does this mean? It means having a consistent set of stress-relieving routines or activities at the ready. This might include exercise, nature walks, stretching routines, hot showers, massages, or any number of activities. Make sure that you're handling stress on a daily basis and you'll be more likely to feel both healthy and happy.
