The frequently asked question about whether people have game can be asked many ways.  People often think of it as higher intensity games that require intense focus and exercise.  This does not need to be the case. People can play games that are light in intensity and yet provide regular exercise.  One such game is Frisbee golf, also known as disc golf. It is one of those that many people may have played in some modified form when they were children.  In many communities today, there are courses set up in lots of parks and playgrounds all around. The game can be fun and played by all ages and body types.

It Can Increase Connection with Nature

When people play a game outdoors in a park, there will be a natural connection with the setting.  The course is often filled with trees, hills, and other scenery. As people play the game, they have to move around through it, navigating the obstacles as they go.  Not only are they able to improve their ability to calculate the factors that affect the game, but they may spend time in a different setting from what they are accustomed.  There is often something contagious about that.

It Provides Quality Exercise

As they go through the course, people may easily walk a mile or more.  Some people choose to jog or run as they get into the game when they are trying to increase the level of competition.  The great thing about playing a game is that it can provide enjoyment as they play. This always makes the work seem much less, and people may get more exercise than they realize without drudgery that often goes with such workouts.

It Can Ease Stress

We tend to allow ourselves to pile on too much stress everyday.  Playing a game can help to alleviate much of this as we concentrate on the game and forget about those worries.  This is a healthy way to take our minds off such without resorting to such things as medications. If a healthy lifestyle is what you seek, disc golf can add to that and offer a great activity for the entire family or group of friends.  Try it for your health, and you will likely continue it for your pleasure as well.
