I love the Joint! Have for years! BUT today i went. didnt open till 11:45..Dr, I never saw before (and never will again) was bitching about how he was told to go and open (without any sort of protection) and how he couldn't take patients word that they were not ill. Ok, but why throw that at me and another guy who walked in! Didnt tell me his name...Then I went to the back and told him my back was acting up....He walked away and came back and told me rudely he wouldnt touch me till I had xray's. I admit I then called him a jerk and pointed out that was a good way not to touch a long time patient! I left, but he kept me logged in>>>I guess he could get paid for his bad behavior. You guys are better than that!!!! I will come back...BUT not if he is there!!!

For the last few days my lower back was in extreme pain. I was a little nervous to have chiropractic care because I was in such pain and feared an adjustment might hurt too much. I explained to Dr. Mapes that it hurt to bend and walk. He quickly diagnosed a rotated pelvis and did several adjustments that did not hurt at all. Years ago, I visited multiple chiropractors to help ease my back pain. Each time I was put through a battery of x-rays, tests, apparatus, etc. What I really needed were regular adjustments. Earlier this summer I woke up and couldn't walk due to an issue with my right hip. I had to get crutches to be mobile. I got to The Joint Chiropractic in immense pain and met the chiropractor, Dr. Matt to explain my issue. Long story short, I walked out of The Joint carrying my crutches. I was walking gingerly of course, but after a couple more visits, all of my pain was gone and I could resume all normal activities.

I had severe hip pain over a year before I found the joint and Dr. Webb and Dr. Clarke. Both doctors are thoughtful and listen well and know exactly how to "cure" whatever causes you pain. First they fixed my hip and now my shoulder, knee and even my foot/ankle. Also Heather is a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist.
