Chair stand – Keep arms at sides and stand up with a full stretch. Slowly lower yourself back down. Repeat.

Forward plank on desk – Lean forward using arms to lower yourself onto the desk. Then push back to standing and repeat. (At home, use a kitchen counter.)

Bridge – Lie flat on your back with knees bent. Lift bottom off of mat and hold. Slowly lower back to mat.

Abdomen contraction – Assume position on mat on hands and knees. Inhale and contract abdomen. Exhale and repeat.
