When we eat in season, we tend to eat things that are more fresh and that have specific nutrients that can help us throughout that particular time of year. Check out your local farmers market for some seasonal veggies and fruits. Or if you're growing your own garden, you can eat what you grow. Though there is a slight learning curve to figure out what's in season and what is not, it's actually very simple once you get going. Make this small change in your diet, and it may make a big change in your overall mental health.
