If you take the time to care for your skin while you're still young, you'll have a younger looking appearance for longer. One of the most important things you can do is apply sunscreen every day, even if it's cloudy outside. It helps to use a moisturizer that already has an SPF of at least 15 built in. This will protect your skin from damaging free radicals which can cause fine lines, wrinkles, and liver spots to appear.

Stress Management

Stress can truly wreak havoc on both your physical health as well as your appearance. Therefore, it can age you from the inside out if left unchecked. Generally speaking, stress just leads to all kinds of damage to your health and well-being. So, make sure to make stress management a priority, rather than simply trying to hide your anxiety and hope it goes away on its own. Come up with coping mechanisms that are healthy and effective. Writing in a journal, listening to music, practicing mindfulness meditation, and drinking herbal tea are all helpful and proven techniques.

Stay Physically and Mentally Active 

Keeping an active body and mind is another very important way to fight the negative aspects of aging. Try to at least incorporate walking into your daily routine if you can't hit the gym to exercise every few days. It also helps to keep your mind active, which you can do by regularly indulging in hobbies such as crafting, writing, and puzzle-solving.
