Tips to Lose Weight in 10 Days

If you are looking to lose a few pounds in a short amount of time or to start your journey to live a healthier life, there are a lot of small changes you can make to get there. Here are some tips to help you realize your goal. 

Increase Water Intake

Instead of your morning coffee, drink green tea instead to cleanse the toxins from your body. Plus, it has a low number of calories and is filled with vitamins that fuel the body.

Drink Hot Water with Lemon and Honey

Drinking hot water combined with lemon and honey is a great trick for weight loss and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Don't add too much honey because of its added sugar.

Reduce Carbohydrate Intake 

By reducing the amount of high carb foods such as bread, rice, pasta and others, it will have a large effect on your weight loss. You will see an even better effect if you cut them out for the next 10 days and swap them for vegetables.

Increase Protein Intake
