Much like many others across the nation, I too (at times) would prefer to be lazy on the couch with the remote in my hand rather than heading out the door to exercise. This seems especially true when it is cold outside. Finding the drive and determination to go to the gym can be a struggle. However, knowing the benefits that come with the hard work can make it worth every minute. A few of the benefits of exercise include:

  • Sleep can be improved with regular exercise

Stress Can be Relieved with Exercise

If you have ever been seriously stressed, you understand the need to find a way to release it. Many turn to exercise as a way to let go of the tension for which stress is a culprit.
