Shoulder squeeze – Sit up straight. Pull shoulder blades back and down and squeeze them together. Hold 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times and continue throughout the day.
Shoulder pivot – Stand up. Reach arms out at shoulder height with palms down. Lean to one side and turn that palm up. At the same time turn the back palm up. Switch sides and repeat.
Wall angel – Back up against a wall with arms to the side. Bend elbows and move arms so the back of the hands touch the wall above the elbows. Move arms up as elbows and hands continue to touch the wall. Lower arms. Repeat 10 times.
