If you want your hair to grow or to be stronger, try adding a Biotin supplement to your morning routine. Biotin is a vitamin that helps the hair and nails to grow longer and stronger. Stop Washing It So Much

Believe it or not, you don't have to wash your hair every day. In fact, doing so can make it brittle. If you want to improve the look of your hair, wash it every other day or once every three days.
