Routines are nothing more than a series of habits. We create routines all the time. But if you want to be healthy, you should start creating these routines on purpose. Create a bedtime routine that winds you down and helps you sleep better. Create a morning routine that keeps you calm and lowers stress before work. Create a workout routine that warms up the body and gets you prepared for exercise. Routines are key to improving health, maintaining structure in your life, and keeping up healthy habits long-term. It's a great first step toward a healthier, more productive life. 

We already partake in tons of habits. Sometimes we do them on purpose and sometimes we don't even know they're happening at all!
