This place lacks order. I went last week because I am suffering back pain. They offered me a free consultation, I explained them that I used to be a client long time ago, They asked me to fill up all the forms again (even though I was already in the system) , which I did and return to them the next day with a different person.
That person told me to return later because the doctor had a busy schedule, which is awesome, especially during this time. I returned on Tuesday during a work break this week and the lady on the front desk told me that I needed to pay and was not going to respect the free consultation, which was already approved. She even said that the other employees were new and did not know what they were doing. I hope she doesn't get in trouble but please get your staff on one page so they don't provide different information to the clients

Dr Alvarez is a phenomenal Chiropractor. He has a wonderful way of understanding the alignment needs you have and works wonders creating a path of wholistic treatment to keep your functionality 100 %. I'm feeling very off balance today when I arrived Dr Alvarez was no longer serving the Southpoint and I don't know what to do. At this point, I would just like any information available as to where Dr Alvarez may be practicing.
