The first step in any weight loss journey is to make the decision that you want to lose weight.  All too often, many think losing weight is a quick fix to help get ready for a vacation or other special occasion. Those who are determined to slim up set goals along the way, make changes to their lifestyle, and surround themselves with individuals who are supportive along the way. Add Exercise to Your Daily Routine

Health and wellness experts suggest that because water is a zero calorie beverage, it can be used to help curb your appetite. It is suggested that you should consume at least one glass of water prior to each meal.
