Absolutely 5 stars!! The office manager, Tiffiny, was so amazing and when I told her about my schedule got messed up, she accommodated to my schedule and she is so polite about it! Thought the staff was very nice. My daughter was the customer. She was very pleased with what the DR was able to do for her. We are considering having her have weekly appointments. Only issue I had was both the DR and employee working at front desk only had on face shields. A face shield does not protect you or the person you are working with. Customers are required to wear face masks but the DR and front desk person are not? For me that was a big factor in signing up for more visits.

I have chronic neck and back pain, due to an autoimmune disease, that has required me to seek chiropractic care for many years. I am so happy I chose The Joint Chiropractic Care in Avon, Ohio. Not only is Dr Cavanaugh a GREAT chiropractor... he is also very kind and friendly. Dr Cavanaugh makes sure to explain all techniques prior to performing them, which I find to be very reassuring. I ALWAYS have pain relief and more movement of my neck after seeing Dr Cavanaugh, this improvement is a life changer for me!!! Dr Cavanaugh’s receptionist, Tiffany, is also very friendly and helpful. I absolutely LOVE the fact that appointments are not needed. For me when the decrease in movement and pain set in, I need relief ASAP... so not needing an appointment is a GIANT plus for me!!!
