You Can Wake Up Slowly
Did you know that waking up slowly can completely change your mood for the day? This doesn't mean that you can hit the snooze over and over again. It means you should get up with the first alarm and take your time waking up, eating breakfast, and getting ready. If you wake up in a rush and spend your morning frantically trying to get out the door, the rest of the day is likely to feel high stress and chaotic as well. If you take your time and ease into the day, you're more likely to feel calm and stress-free as the day passes by.
You Can Manage Technology Use
In our modern world, we all love technology. We love how easy it makes the world. But too much time in front of a screen can lead to depression, anxiety, bodily aches and pains, insomnia, and more negative side effects.
