3 Ways to Work Out Without a Gym or Equipment

If you’re interested in getting fit without worrying over equipment or money, take a look at these gym-free, equipment-free ways to get it done.

Walk or Run

The best thing about walking or running is that it can be done just about anywhere. At home, around the neighborhood, at a park, at the local track, at the mall. The options are endless. All you really need is some shoes that support your feet and a willing attitude.
