Exercising the Inexpensive Way

By walking for at least 30 minutes a day, you can lose or maintain a healthy weight, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, and keep your stress levels at bay.

If your body can handle a little more intensity in your workouts, get yourself a jump rope! Jumping rope can help you burn more calories, improve endurance, and increase your heart rate. But best of all, it won't cost you more than what a couple of coffees do. And just like walking, all you need is a good pair of shoes and some comfortable clothes.

You may think exercise balls are just for fun but you would be mistaken. They can give your body a serious workout that doesn't cost much at all! Exercise balls are great for keeping your core, back, and hips strong, and can also improve your balance and flexibility.
