Dr. Tabitha was absolutely amazing. I have been experiencing tailbone pain and lower back pain for months with little relief while adhering to the treatment plans prescribed by doctors at a very reputable nearby orthopedic hospital. After one day treating with Dr. Tabitha at the Joint Chiropractic, I was able to stand straight, my sinuses opened up and she even addressed the issue I had with my burning, aching shoulder pain. Dr. Tabitha thoroughly explained my issues, she explained my mri results and gave me a treatment plan within an hour! The “other” facility has been working on my back and sacral pain for 6 months with no positive results. I obviously need more time with Dr. Tabitha and more treatments at the Joint for my sacral and back pain to go away, however this is the best I’ve felt in months.

Friendly, welcoming staff with flexible hours on weekdays and on weekends, which I appreciate with my busy work schedule. You can just pop in and depending on how many people are ahead of you they can take you within 5-15 minutes (15 on a busy day).

Convenient (especially the hours!) and affordable, so you can take your time in figuring out the best plan and doctor for you. Nick and Mike were my favorites, but they're all good. Definitely reduced my joint pain and relieved overall tension. If you're seeking a new doc, you have to check this place out. Nothing to lose, and you'll probably be really impressed, too.

DO NOT GO HERE!
I wish I had read the reviews before I came based on a friends recommendation.
I have been under chiropractic care for years and was happy for the referral after my guy moved across the country.
I walked in with minimal pain and woke up the following morning after my adjustment in EXCRUTIATING pain. I could not move. Finally at 9pm I was able to get myself to Urgent Care where they gave me steroids and Muscle relaxers.
When I called The Joint the very next day, I was informed that since I had signed the contract I was not able to be released from the over $300 I was locked in to in their "plan"...ONE DAY IN and I was not allowed out - unless I could get a Dr note...keep in mind I ended up at Urgent Care at 9pm! Now I am driving myself back to Urgent Care do have physician sign a note, only to find out the physicians in these types of care facilities can not be back for 3 weeks.
I was locked into a very expensive contract I have no intentions of using.
Poor customer service and likely questionable treatment that led me to such pain.
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING if you go here. You will thank me for it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had been going to the Joint since summer 2020. I only go to see Dr. John Adam’s because he does good adjustments. I’ve referred multiple people to this place. The Joint prides themselves on being a walk in facility. I came to this location at 6:15 PM and brought my elderly father to become a new patient and to get adjusted. As we were signing in, my dad was told to come to the back to be adjusted. He then was told that Dr. John was not taking new patients anymore because it was now 6:30 PM and he had a second job to get to. Dr. John then came from the back and raised his voice stating he was not taking new patients, repeating himself in an unfriendly and aggressive manor. I was so disgusted by this exchange as me, my sister, and my father were only looking to get adjusted. There is no signage on the website or in the practice that says they do not take new patients after a certain time. Also, we were the only patients in the building. After my sister brought this to his attention, he said again in an aggressive tone that it does not matter and he is not taking new patients before dismissing us and walking to the back. I will never go back to this location ever again.

I've always worked out as an athlete growing up, and even to this day while working out, I get lower back pain and neck stiffness. Getting in here once or twice a week relieves all of my pain. When I first came in I was using my cane and could not stand in the shower to get myself clean. Ever since I have been coming into The Joint Chiropractic in Newtown Square I have put my cane in the closet. The Joint Chiropractic Center is a great alternative for those that have terrible insurance or no insurance at all. My family and I can not usually receive chiropractic care due to our insurance policy. I have a large family, so receiving chiropractic care becomes costly. The financial burden is a deterant from my family's wellness goals at other chiropractic centers. But not at the Joint. They offer routine low-cost chiropractic care for my entire family. This was my first experience with any Chiropractic care. I came out of curiosity but I stayed when I noticed a difference in how I felt. I was suffering from daily headaches but now they are gone since I started coming for weekly alignments. The staff is extremely polite and friendly!
