Are You Neck and Neck with Ongoing Pain?

Neck pain shows up everywhere. It may begin as a slight twinge, then surge ahead with numbness, tingling, and arm weakness. It can trigger headaches, interrupt sleep, and make it painful to turn the neck. Mostly, it just makes life miserable.
