Just as your body needs good food to run properly, it also needs quality sleep so it can have the energy to run, as well as the rest it needs to repair any damaged muscles. It’s also worth noting that when you’re tired, you’re more likely to stumble and potentially hurt yourself.

Listen To Your Body

If any part of you is in pain, before, during, or especially after a run, stop what you’re doing and consult a doctor. Even if the pain seems mild initially, it could get worse over time if left untreated.
