Revolutionary Chiropractor is Setting Himself Apart with New Adjustment Method

In 2015, we have integrated technology into our society in almost every way shape and form to a point where in some cases we are dependent on technology to complete necessary processes. One of the areas of society that has been most impacted by technology is healthcare, and chiropractic care is not left out.

Dr. Ivan Nedler has attended four years of medical school and four years of school to become a chiropractic specialist, and since the completion of his medical education, he has been practicing chiropractic care in Pennsville, New Jersey for 33 years. Recently, Dr. Nedler has been incorporating a new technology into his spinal adjustments and into his care practice overall.

Rather than using his hands to manually adjust the spine and exert force in realignment, Dr. Nedler has been using a technique called impulse adjustment on all of his patients for quite some time now.

In impulse adjustment, a computer is used to precisely measure bone positioning and motion throughout spinal adjustment. This technique allows the chiropractor to have a more accurate understanding of where the bones in the spine are and how they are arranged. Sometimes in manual adjustment there can be a trial and error period during which can be dangerous if not handled correctly. In addition to the computer measurement, Dr. Nedler uses a pronged tool that is connected to the computer to move bones around within the patient’s back providing increased accuracy overall.

Dr. Nedler is in the process of transitioning his practice from a pain management clinic and chiropractic care center to a wellness center that provides strategies and tools for patients to manage their own wellness. Since the opening of his practice Dr. Nedler has been offering patients nutritional advice to ensure that they are taking preventative steps in healthcare. Poor nutrition can lead to obesity and other conditions that contribute to overburdening the body’s musculoskeletal system.

With technology and wellness promotion at the center of Dr. Nedler’s practical focus, the progress that is made with his patients is astounding. He has contracted the help of various nutritional experts and fitness trainers to help patients manage their weight in addition to treating their pain in hopes of reducing the treatment necessity overall.
