They charge your card AFTER you submit the signed cancellation form!! I submitted my cancellation a whole week before the payment was due. I have a copy of the form and I took a picture as backup! According to the contract you have to cancel 2 days before. The lady even asked if I wanted to get one last session in since I didn’t use all of them in my month. They did this to my coworker and my husband. I should have listened to them when they told me not to trust this location!!!!

I grew up never going to the chiropractor. Where I'm from they didn't consider them "real doctors". I will say after my experience, I couldn't disagree more. My friend was going in for her regular visit and I tagged along. When we walked in, the front desk lady was so bright and welcoming. She asked me if I was interested in getting adjusted and after hearing how good my friend felt, I decided to give it a try. I'd always had back pain from years of gardening but I thought it was just because I was getting older. I was greeted in the waiting area by a female doctor, I think her name was Dr. Dillen. I told her I was nervous and she told me she would explain everything to me and make me as comfortable as possible. She went above and beyond to do exactly that. She told me what was causing my back pain and helped me understand why it was happening. She treated my whole back and by the time I stood up I couldn't believe how great I felt. I never knew my body could pop so many places! I regret not going to a chirorpractor before because now I know what I was missing. I will absolutely be back and look forward to going. Maybe I'll even take her some of my home grown veggies!

The doctors here are so great! My husband is a chiropractor and while I was here on vacation I needed to get adjusted. Obviously, with having a chiropractor for a husband, I am very particular. Since he wasn't with me on the trip, I was a little apprehensive going just anywhere. My sister who goes here regularly recommended I give them a try. I'm SO glad I did!! I’m a bit confused on how I payed for four massages and got those but the other four free massages just go away. Don’t advertise four free massages and then because I canceled, they expire. I work the same hours as you so coming in as often as you guys requested is impossible. On top of the fact that I called you guys three days in a row when I had time and you were closed. Now I loose the four that you gave me for free. I think you should explain that of your not coming in on a regular basis then it’s honestly not worth the money. Who’s schedule allows for that but either way, just a bad deal all the way around. I could see the ones I bought expiring but the free ones you gave me when I signed up as well, money hustle is what I would call it. Sorry I’m not retired with ample time on my hands, back to the Asian massage place. Also a lot cheaper but I’ll take that drive.

I’ve always been so scared to try a chiropractor but when the pandemic started I actually hurt my hip by picking up my 75lb dog, I was skeptical of coming in here and walking out feeling better but to my surprise that’s actually what happened, after a few sessions I was back to my normal self and it actually made a big difference in how I felt on day to day activities. Now this is something I have to do at least once or twice a week and what makes it best of all is the staff is incredibly sweet, professional and very caring as well. I've been with them for 3 months for my back and side pain. Before--I was skeptical to come in but after a while have definitely improved in my range of motion. The staff is very personable especially the front desk. I'm in and out in no time. It definitely has helped and I've seen progress. I enjoy the flexibility between sites and --with it's hours---this one is closer to home but I can get to it even when driving clear across down from work. Give them a shot! This was the best decision I have made in a long time. I was in so much pain (hips, knees, wrist, the entire right side). Be very careful when you join, they advertise $79 dollars per month, then you find out that the minimum is two month, you are stuck with them and they keep charging your credit card beyond the two month period without asking your authorization

The chiropractors at The Joint are the best I have ever used and I have used chiropractors since 1986. It used to be difficult and painful to adjust my neck until I started going to The Joint. A referral from a co-worker brought me here several years ago. Not having to make an appointment or deal with insurance co-pays is great. I have been coming here for adjustments once a week with Dr. Basile and I have lost 40lbs and am more active and able to work out and enjoy the activities I like to do. I do boot camp workouts and run and have an active job in retail management and it would not be possible without regular chiropractic care. I have had extreme neck pain since 2017. I served 10 years in the US Army with that abuse to my body, I was in obvious pain. Most of my pain has been in my neck and has caused major headaches. This pain has taken over my life. Today I walked into The Joint nervous with wild expectations. The Doc calmed me down with conversation and information. The first adjustment was of my neck, I can not express with words the immediate relief I felt, literal pain was gone. Before starting chiropractic care on a regular basis, I would "throw out" my back every few months. Since starting my regular care, I have gone over 2 years without severe pain.
