Try This Easy Hamstring Stretch
- Loosen tight shoulders and stretch the hamstrings
- Stand with feet hip-width apart
- Link hands behind back
- Keep legs straight
- Bend at the hips, tuck the chin and raise hands over head
- Relax the back of the neck; if the stretch is too extreme, release hands and soften the knees
- Hold for 30 seconds and then roll up to standing
