Amazing Health Is Worth the Time!

Diet

It doesn't take any more time to make a healthy food choice than it does to make an unhealthy one, so try to make better decisions throughout the day. Press the button for a bottle of water on the vending machine instead of the button for a can of soda, order a side salad at your favorite restaurant instead of those greasy french fries, or cook some salmon and broccoli at home in place of those processed chicken nuggets and boxed macaroni and cheese. And don't forget to set aside a few extra minutes in the morning for breakfast!
