Very poor service here!! We sat in the lobby with my husband in pain for over an hour while they took everyone else back only for them to tell us they don’t take people who have been in an accident with personal injury claims, ummmm since when cuz they took me after my accident. The Dr was very unprofessional and rude stated she would give us a referral to someone who could see him then she stalled and never did so we walked out!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves and have a good mind to contact the board!!

My husband went eight minutes before they closed, and they refused to see him when he was in need of an adjustment after working all day. There was only one person in the waiting room. We all know the adjustments only take a couple minutes to do. Do not go to this location. There are far better locations that will see you when you need a doctor during business hours.

I came in after a really bad misadventure. I could barely move my back. The healers were really sensitive. They did not over stress me, but gradually pulled me pushed me back into shape. The multiple visit deal worked well for me also.

Beware they will not be clear with you about how payments plans actually work as they blatantly misinformed me about their Adult Wellness Plan and now I'm being charged DOUBLE what I was informed I was going to pay. I even made it very clear before signing my contract that I only wanted to try a one-month service which included 4 sessions. The sales person gave me verbal confirmation that it was just one-time payment but that was a lie. I was unable to even cancel because the sales person failed to mention another major detail and they're forcing me to pay for a second month even though I filled out my cancellation well before that. Terrible and Deceptive practices

I have been to the joint for a few months now. Dr Jhon’s is incredible, I can not say the same about some of the receptionist. I also don’t like their policy of if I buy 4 session I must use it before 30 days. I work a lot and two times I have missed the last session, and they don’t give credit for that. I insist I have been a customer for many months maybe more than a year.

Moved to Houston not too long ago and was looking for a chiropractor. More so for a pick me up then anything too serious. Since I work in a kitchen all day the joint was the perfect fit and there monthly membership gave me exactly what I needed. You get 4 visits and I go on a weekly basis to get adjusted, just what I need. The staff is super nice and the depending on the time you come your in and out super fast.

Chiropractic is the way to go. It is natural and it allows your body to heal itself. As a chronic back/joint pain patient, I literally could not imagine getting by without regular chiropractic adjustments. I have insurance but Ii have such a crazy schedule that I much prefer The Joint. Dr Walker (formerly Meyerland now at the Heights) and Dr Fazel are absolutely amazing. Wellness!! i was pregnant when I first came in. I have been pregnant twice since my first visit. I delivered two of my three children naturally! I believe my chiropractic care helped me in the delivery process. My third child was born 10 hours after I was adjusted. My labor only lasted two hours and 10 minutes.

I was in an automobile accident. Ome one ran into the rear of my car at the red light. After a second accident my back started bothering me. My right side was a little lower than the left. I came in about 3 weeks ago due to back pain from working out at the gym. I pulled something while doing squats. I thought the pain would go away but it didn't so I came to The Joint and visited with Dr Fazel. i told her about my discomfort and pain and she knew exactly what I was going through.
