Meet The Doctors
Dr. Victoria Daniels was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Growing up in a food desert, they were not privileged to have healthy food options which made chronic disease prevalent in her community. This pushed her to work in preventative care so that she could help before the disease became chronic. She attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe where she received her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration of PT/Exercise Science and a Master’s of Applied Exercise Science. After she went to Parker University where she earned her doctorate in chiropractic.
Dr. Daniels fell in love with chiropractic and having the opportunity to help and educate patients about living at their optimal health. She loves being able to listen to her patients’ needs and explain how chiropractic care can help heal the body.
In her free time she enjoys performing in choirs in the southern region, escaping with a book, or cooking a meal for a friend. She loves to eat and try new restaurants as well. If she could give any advice, it would be to live life one day at a time. “Try not to focus too much on where you’re going or where you’ve been. Look at the now and see what you can accomplish with what you have in front of you.”
Dr. Atlanta Benjamin grew up in North Charleston, South Carolina where she had others around her practice a holistic lifestyle. She later went to study at Winthrop University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. After shadowing a chiropractor, she fell in love with the profession and its approach in the healthcare field. When getting her doctorate in chiropractic, Dr. Atlanta went to Life University where she graduated Cum Laude.
For her, the best thing about being in the chiropractic field is the challenge of diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and finding solutions to enhance the overall health/wellbeing of her patients. “This profession offers opportunities for continuous learning and growth, and the ability to make a significant positive impact on people's lives.” In addition to helping her patients, she also loves how she is able to develop personal relationships with them as well.
In her free time you can find Dr. Atlanta dancing, painting and drawing, taking risks, and finding adventurous activities to indulge in. Traveling and meeting new people is something she loves to do. She believes that laughter and having fun is vital in life so you can always count on Dr. Atlanta to crack a good joke.
