Those others are generally fine, but people need to make the effort to drink water along with any of these. Water is essential for all life, and people are no exception. Drinking plenty of it can enhance health in many ways. Making a practice to include it throughout the day each and every day can be a great boost to health.

Everyone requires water to do their best physically. This is obvious any time they are involved in any vigorous activity. When they lose too much, the price may be serious. It has been shown that losing as little as 2 percent of the body's water can have results that are obvious. Many athletes lose as much as 10 percent in daily workouts. When they cannot offset this, they may suffer from changes is body temperature, confusion, and extreme fatigue. Coaches and trainers now expend considerable effort planning the proper kinds of water breaks during workouts.
It May Lessen or Prevent Headaches
So many people suffer from headaches that there is a huge market for things purported to relieve them. There may be all kinds of causes, but one that is for many is caused by loss of water. Even mild dehydration can cause headaches. For some people, drinking more water may help to keep these headaches less severe. For others, drinking much more water may help to prevent them from occurring at all.
It May Help in Weight Management
Even though we may not realize it, many times when we feel hungry, we are actually in need of water. Drinking more water can help to stave off hunger. Drinking more water before we eat meals may help us to eat less food. This means taking in fewer calories. That is the real ticket to losing weight. Cutting those calories is critical in shedding pounds. I always try to drink more water anytime I feel the need to adjust my diet. It also helps in the absorption of many of the supplements and medication that many of us take on a daily basis. Drinking more morning tonight can be wise choice.
