3 Ways To Strengthen Your Spine

  • Slowly turn your head to look over one shoulder, hold the position for two counts, then turn your head to look over the other shoulder

  • Lower your head back slowly to face the ceiling, hold for two, then bring your chin down to face your bellybutton

  • Bend your neck to bring your right ear closer to your right shoulder, hold, then return your head to center before stretching your neck to bring your left ear closer to your left shoulder
