Do All the Berries – Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries deliver antioxidants to guard against heart disease and cancer.

Do Breakfast – Skipping breakfast can lead to weight gain. Choose eggs, toast, milk or yogurt to keep you goint until lunch.
Vitamin A Works – Boost immunity against disease with Vitamin A from liver, kidneys, mangoes, and chiles.
Tomatoes Score – Researchers believe tomatoes help to fight cancer. They are also loaded with Vitamin C. Cook them in pasta, soups and stews.
Go Green – Leafy greens and cruciferous veggies like Brussels sprouts, broccoli and cabbage are healthy choices for lunch salads and dinner side dishes. Use them to replace heavy fats and tempting sugars.
Make Strong Choices – Raw garlic, leeks and spring onions help fight infection. Keep them on hand all through the cold and flu season.
Go for Polyphenols – Red wine, green tea and olives have all been found to have polyphenols, the anti-oxidant that may help to protect against carcinogens such as tobacco smoke.
Vitamin C – Five servings of fresh veggies or fruits will meet your daily Vitamin C requirement. Fill the fridge with oranges, lemons, grapefruit and assorted juices to get through the flu and cold season.
Wake Up Early – Even if you are not an early bird, gaining an hour on the day will help you stay ahead of your schedule, reducing stress and smoothing out rest of your day.
Walking - If you are not already a walker, try 30 minutes per day and find out how easy exercise can be. Protect your heart and fight cancer and diabetes, while you boost your mood and siphon off stress. Get a walking buddy to make it a daily habit.
Brush Right - Hold the brush like a pencil and brush teeth, gums, tongue and roof of mouth. Use floss and do regular checkups.
Stress Light - Find out how much better the day can feel when you add breathing exercises, stretching, or meditation.
