This seems to have been due to the presence of highly refined flour that was used in making much of the bread for retail sale. A lot of us have probably never heard of Ezekiel bread. It is a little different in that it is made from sprouted grains. This process apparently helps to increase the amount of available nutrients. These sprouted grains are believed to be better for those who may have sensitivities to some grains. The bread is also made without sugar. The end product is a good one with no sugar and a pretty high protein content.

Most of us have likely eaten some kind of sourdough bread. It is often used in some kinds of sandwiches or served with particular types of meals. Its flavor is pretty recognizable. This is another kind of bread that is made in a little different kind of process. It undergoes some fermentation that can help us to digest foods by breaking down the carbohydrates. This kind of bread also has lots of protein and only a small amount of sugar. For those who are a little concerned about eating bread, this is one that is packed with good things.
