Dr. Farnsworth graduated Chiropractic school at Texas Chiropractic College in 1986. He attended BYU premed 1981 to 1983 and graduated High School from Beaver High School in 1977.
Dr. Farnsworth is an energetic knowledgeable Chiropractor with 36 years of experience. He has worked for The Joint for 4 and a half years prior to working at The Joint in the Sugar House location. Dr. Farnsworth feels that The Joint Sugar House is the best in the nation, and he sought hard to be one of the Chiropractors at Sugar House. He enjoys working at the pace found at Sugar House. He is excited to get to know the patients at Sugar House as well as those that follow him from across town. He would have it no other way.
He enjoys Utah and the Hiking, Biking and Skiing found here. He loves being outdoors in Utah. He enjoys local college sports, and time with his wife.
Dr. Carl J. Saunders gained his doctorate degree from Parker University in Dallas, Texas in 2016. He completed his undergraduate study at Brigham Young University.
He loves being a chiropractor because he enjoys seeing how the lives of his patients improve through chiropractic care.
Dr. Saunders is happily married to his wife, Jennifer, and they have three beautiful children, two daughters and a son. Dr. Saunders enjoys woodworking and spending time with his family.
Dr. Smith graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1998. She attended Long Beach City College and University of Utah for her undergraduate work/ Prior to becoming a Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Smith practiced as a Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Specialist in Los Angeles, California 1985 – 1995.
Dr. Smith practiced as a Chiropractic Physician in Fayetteville, Arkansas and the surrounding rural farming communities from 1999 – 2015. In 2015, she moved to spend time with her elderly parents who had retired to their hometown, and neighborhood, in the Salt Lake Avenues.
Today, Dr. Smith is returning to chiropractic to specifically work at ‘The Joint’ after 5 years as their patient and successfully healing a shoulder/neck injury. The Joint is in line with her views of chiropractic care. It’s ‘so affordable’ she can get treated several times a week. It’s ‘so effective’ the injury was healed without surgery and pain medicine. It’s perfect natural health care. She is thrilled to return to chiropractic and hopes to be as great a provider as her mentors.
Dr. Smith is an avid hiker who loves the challenge of Utah’s mountains. Her favorite hike was to the Summit of Lone Peak, breathtaking views, and 10,000 ft gains. She finds the edgy Utah landscape pushes her out of her fear of heights. She has rock climbed the local canyons. She loves the background and cultural history of the healing arts. She studied and incorporated martial arts and tribal lessons into her educational background. She continues to add to this rich knowledge base through reading and travel. Recent past she soloed to Rome, Paris, and Mexico.
Working as a chiropractor at The Joint is her next Big Life Adventure.
Dr. Lance Walker, D.C. has been practicing as a Chiropractor in Utah since 2003. He knew he wanted to be a Chiropractor since his 7th grade year. After his own experience as an athlete where he had visited multiple types of doctors, a chiropractor got him back in the game. He attended USU and University of Wyoming for his undergraduate and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2003. He enjoys chasing a little white ball around on the golf course, hiking, pickle ball, and mostly spending time with his family.
Dr. Marshall Hull graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas in 2021. Since then he has been serving the Nashville community as a chiropractor, promoting health and wellness by treating a wide range of patients for the past 3 years.
Dr. Hull's passion is helping others achieve their health goals by maximizing the connection between the brain and body through a well-adjusted spine. He has consistently demonstrated first-hand how regular chiropractic adjustments not only help to prevent pain and injury but also serve to promote optimal health and wellness. During his free time Dr. Hull enjoys working out, playing volleyball, playing video games, and spending time with his family.
