Studies have found that eating a few servings per day of these vegetables can make a big impact on your heart health. The Vitamin K in those vegetables seems to be what makes all the difference. Broccoli, hard cheese, avocados, and beef liver are also high in Vitamin K.

You're Never Too Young

The lesson to be learned is that sleep matters, as does when you go to sleep and wake up.

Heart health may not be yet on your radar, but it is important. Make sure to watch your diet, get some exercise, have good sleep habits, and eat more dark leafy greens so that you can start taking care of your heart now.
