The ladies at the front desk are polite and professional. Jake was the gentleman doing my back adjustments and I have got to say he’s the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. Professional, and friendly, can hold a good conversation, knows what he’s doing, and goes above and beyond. All the other staff members were great as well! Very friendly people. BEWARE!!! Read the contract in its entirety! I thought I was purchasing a an X amount of visits for a discounted price. I did not read the contract that I initialed. I signed up for a membership that charges you every month that you can’t get out of for 2 months! I called up there to explain the situation; the lady said she would talk to the owner to see about getting a refund and that he would call me. I did not get a call. I did not get a refund. This call was made after the 2 month minimum they require to cancel and the lady still didn’t cancel my membership, which I just found out because I went up there and they gave me a copy. The lady I spoke to today said she verbally explained this to me when I signed and I STRONGLY DISAGREE! She also said she will now cancel it. Why wasn’t it cancelled when I spoke to first lady on the phone??? Well now that I left the place, I read the contract more and it says a cancellation document must be signed to cancel it and the lady on the phone never explained that, nor did the lady today that said she will cancel it! I’m guessing it will STILL not be canceled, so they can try and get another payment from me!!!

I have used chiropractic care frequently in the past 25 years and last weeks visits with Joint Chiropractic may be the most disappointing. Following the consultation and minor adjustment for $29, reading the "4 visits for $79", that is posted everywhere, fit my budget and would most likely take care of the kink in my neck. When I finished the adjustment, post the consultation visit, I was informed that there was a minumum of two months for that plan = ~ $160. I feel that the posting of 4 visits for $79 is misleading without adding the dialog of "2 months minimum, 4 visits per month". I ended up paying $45 for that visit, deciding not to return.

I started going to the Joint a couple months back because of the pain in my neck, legs, arms and back. Dr Kaylei is the one that treated me first visit and did a fantastic treatment all around. After a few visits I was feeling so much better that I stopped going. Two months later I was having troubles with my neck and elbow, I couldn’t even straighten my arm out. Saw Dr Danielle and she said she wanted me to go get it X-ray done on it. I haven’t gotten the results as of now but I did turn them in today and going back tomorrow to find out what they read on the X-ray.
Point being is this chiropractic team is amazing and I will continue with the plan they have for me and return on a regular schedule. (As long as I don’t forget) lol

Highly recommend!!! I have been suffering from sciatica pain for years, have been to several chiropractors and my past experiences have not been the greatest so I would like to share my experience with you about The Joint Chiropractic. First off I was at the end of the rope with my discomfort, and had little faith in the chiropractic world but my husband found The Joint on line and made me go to the appointment. I was so reluctant and assumed I would be put on a program to drain my bank account rather than fixing my condition and give me the proper treatment to live a pain free daily life.
Let’s begin with Andy the receptionist was able to get me in immediately, and his customer service skills are above all expectations. He is very personal and professional over the phone and a very jovial personality in person.
Dr. Jessica treated me, I am not going to lie I was sore the next day did all of my exercises she assigned to me at home. Saw her again two days later she did her magic and this morning I woke up with so much relief in just two sessions with Jessica. I personally can’t thank her enough and I’m now a believer again in chiropractic care.
Third as I stated before am now a reborn believer, I made my husband who has Spinal Stenosis in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions, along with Multiple Sclerosis an appointment. My husband’s doctor is Dr. Amanda and I watched her the entire time work on my husband, so I could possibly help him at home. Her bedside manner is comforting and you can tell she truly is passionate about her profession and wants to help you live a better daily quality of life. My husband woke up this morning with more range of movement, minimal amount of pain, after his first visit yesterday.
Fourth the programs offered by The Joint are very affordable and wont disappoint. We can’t thank the entire team enough!!!

I get doctor turn over happens. However, Wentzville used to be a top clinic and it has gone down hill. The doctors can no longer adjust my neck at all. I went in and nothing moved at all. There is no point in going to this location anymore. When asking why their top doctors are gone or leaving I get lies and evasive answers. I don’t appreciate being lied to. I will find another location to take care of my needs or cancel.

I have been coming here since last year. I started seeing Allison and Jessi when I was pregnant with my son and continued throughout my whole pregnancy. After having my son I came back and both of these wonderful ladies work their butts off to help the clientele they single handedly have built from the ground up. Not to mention the amazing funny front man Andy who always makes sure I have my payments paid on time and I have never been double charged or anything that wasn’t directly stated in the contract I signed in the beginning stating that if I were to cancel. My cancellation would take place after the following month that has already been processed. However this joint is amazing!

This place is a complete joke. It’s unbelievable that you cannot make a phone call to cancel the treatment plan. The treatment plan that consists of using one of those pulsating massaging guns and not much of anything else. Last time I was in there for about two minutes. I called to inquire about a charge and asked if I would be charged again the following month and was told no. Of course that was not accurate and I was charged. I went to cancel in person and the same guy that told me I wouldn’t be charged denied the whole thing in person. Do yourself a favor and save your money or go to a reputable chiropractor.

I was going by what the lady was telling me I thought I was paying for a month not a recurring charge every month. I called to get it stopped and was told to come in when I can to sign a paper. I was refused service for being "rude" on Wednesday, Feb. 16th, 2022 at your Wentzville, MO location. I feel, I was a disgruntled customer and here's why. I have gone to a chiropractor ever since I started playing football in middle school. I am now 45 and I was treated like someone that has never gone to a chiropractor, ever. Secondly, she did not even focus on my trouble area, which is my middle and upper back. She did not even feel my spine to see what vertebrae were out. I always have 4 or 5, even 6 vertebrae out and she did not even check. Then she wanted to talk about a "treatment plan" for my hips, when I was not even there for that. She could not even put a rib back in, I had to come back and have the other woman do it. Finally, the first woman, barely did anything to check me over for stuff that was out of place or adjust me. As soon as I said, "please just adjust me" she pretty much quit on me after attempting the rib. I suppose you get what you pay for. I thought $30 was a good deal, especially when you go to a chiropractor as much as I do, but when you leave and still have the same issues, then is it worth it to save a few bucks?
I am a veteran and two things that are a constant struggle are pain and anger management. When you are in pain and someone does not seem to know or care about what is bothering you, when they are supposed to, then yes anger management comes to the forefront. Considering however, I did not get irate, or say anything to provocative, other than being short with them about not doing their job, I think I did pretty good not causing a scene. These are my thoughts and feelings about the situation, take from what you will.

I am a tattoo artist and spend lots of hours bent forward. Needless to say my back hurts a lot. I didn't realize how bad I felt until I started coming to The Joint.
