The adjustment was fine but I feel worse than I did before coming in because of the heavy amount of artificial air fresheners used in this office! Febreze sprays and Glade/Febreze plugins have absolutely ZERO place in a medical type of setting. I have chemical allergies, especially to artificial fragrances, and now I am dealing with an asthma attack and migraine.

In June, I injured my back and hip and suffered from sacroiliac joint dysfunction, a herniated disk, and sciatica. On a scale of 1-10, I was at an 11 for pain. I went to Dr. Whitlock, who began working with me. I also went to Velocity Care, who referred me to an Orthopedic Surgeon. When I saw the surgeon 3 weeks later, he was so pleased with the progress I had made with Dr. Whitlock, that he told me to continue and added some Physical Therapy. Since then, Dr. Palmer has joined the team, and whomever I see, they both keep my healing and pain-free. I was even able to go help with hurricane cleanup 2 weeks ago, which was 2 days of moving logs and branches. I stopped by the Joint the day before and the day after, and I was fine. In June I wondered if I would be able to walk. I can't say enough good about The Joint.

I am so excited about the treatments at the Joint Chiropractic. I so wanted to get them years ago. I had heard they could improve my hearing. Certain situations prevented me from getting them. I have lived with w/this disability, steadily becoming worse for about 68 years, maybe since birth, and it wasn't known. From kindergarten to 10th grade, I passed school by the skin of my teeth. I didn't pass kindergarten. They didn't know I was NOT being stubborn; they thought I was immature. In the tenth grade, I realized I could read the textbooks twice and make straight A's and some B's. I was one happier camper. I am 73, and because of the inexpensiveness of this treatment, I am a very excited, happier camper. If I don't get to improve because the damage is too long, the money is worth the try. I already know the treatments help other problems I have had. For any CHILD with the SLIGHTEST HEARING PROBLEM, please get this treatment. It might not be the answer, but if it does work, so much heartache could be avoided

I entered a raffle months before September 13th and forgot about it. My wife and I went to our first marriage counseling session since before we got married (we have been married for 11 years). I got a text earlier in the day that they were having free food, free adjustments, prizes, etc... Not even four hours later, after marriage counseling, I arrive, and they told me I had won a dinner for two at Texas Roadhouse! I was just blown away by that. Like what are the chances of those events happening hours apart? I think it was God's handy work. With friendly staff, great prices (1/4 the cost of my previous chiropractor), walk-in appointments, evening hours, weekend availability, and convenient location, what's there not to love about this place? I can't find a reason not to love it.

The BEST chiropractor I've ever been to. He is a healer and I would tell everyone I know to see him. PAIN BE GONE!! Come in to visit Dr. Whitelock and your quality of life will improve.
Dr. Justin Whitlock is heaven sent. I have been to some chiropractors back home in California with the whole works (TENS/EMS, Massage chairs, X-Ray machines etc.. etc..) and they were not able to accomplish what Justin has been able to do in a span of 11 months.
I initially came here on my birthday last year in 2023 as a birthday present to myself. I was assisted by Amber -- who is also amazing & extremely friendly.
When I came here my stiff neck and back knots/aches were always bothering me. Within the first 90 days I found myself not even having to go as frequent.
Recently though on Monday 9/23/24.... I had a MAJOR injury that Dr. J.W. fixed within 1 visit. I was organizing some boxes in my storage room and 2 days later I was in major pain. My lower right back was KILLING me. I also had migraines all of a sudden everyday around 12pm-2pm lasting hours. I NEVER EVER had migraines before in my whole life.
I would get up out of bed and immediately felt the sensation of pain when I walk. The only thing that relieved the pain was laying in bed waiting for it to heal itself. I couldn't take it anymore and went back to "The Joint" to buy a package plan on Friday 9/27/24.
Let me tell y'all something... within one visit I woke up perfectly fine 2 days later. The next day after seeing Dr. J.W. I still had some pain sensations, but the migraines were gone.
On the morning of Sunday 9/29/24 I woke up like it NEVER happened! I was extremely ecstatic and pleased with the services. It's like it never happened. I am now 100% a firm believer of chiropractic care.
After this I was able to run and jump again. I cannot tell you how thankful I am with the results.

Let me tell you guy somthing best thing I've don't for my self in over 15 years I can stand up straight and I can walk on both of my feet from hill to toe with out taking a brake in pain most defently recommend they were so nice and took it easier with me as I had little to no movement in my neck and hips I slept for the first time a full 10 hrs in a long time u usually I only get like maby 2hrs of sleep because of pain a little sore ,that's to be expected but overall amazing!!!

She slept from the time we left all the way home (almost an hour) then took additional 3 hour nap at home. My neck feels tons better as well as my lower back. The staff yesterday was very friendly and helpful. Their package deals for continued care are not pushed on you at all like most other practices that offer that. They are chill and yet informative on your options. Even going randomly for a single visit when in town is very affordable.

First time here and I really like how to doctor didn’t waste time and went straight to where I asked him. Friendly staff and the doctor got my shoulder right and this was the first time in 3 visits in two locations. I’ll be coming back here as often as I can. Super quick in and out and it’s neat and organized they also told me how many visits I had left for the month which is nice because I lose count.

I went in with so much pain. I have a herniated disc, and was worried if having this would not benefit me on my appointment and I’d have to come back after it was healed.
I was so impressed that for 16 years of having daily back pain and the current back issue that only after my 1st session I left with absolutely no back pain. I felt brand new.

I am so excited about the treatments at the Joint Chiropractic. I so wanted to get them years ago. I had heard they could possibly improve my hearing. Certain situations prevented me from being able to get them. I have lived w/this disability, steadily becoming worse for about 68 years, maybe since birth and it wasn't known. From kindergarten up to 10th grade, I passed school by the skin of my teeth. I didn't pass kindergarten. They didn't know I was NOT being stubborn, they thought I was immature. In the tenth grade, I realized, I could read the text books twice and make straight A and some B's. I was one happier camper. I am 73 because of the inexpensiveness of this treatment, I am a very excited happier camper, once again. If I don't get to improve because the damage is too long, the money is worth the try. I already know the treatments help other problems I have had. For any CHILD, with the SLIGHTEST HEARING PROBLEM, please get this treatment. It might not be the answer, but if it does work, so much heartache could be avoided.
