Meet The Doctors
Dr. Victoria Harper is a chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic Tarpon Springs. Her goal is to help patients become pain free and have better quality of life. Dr. Harper went to East Carolina University for undergraduate where she played rugby. She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida where she earned her doctorate of chiropractic in 2021.
Dr. Harper found her love for chiropractic care at a young age being under care while playing sports her whole life. “Chiropractic care kept me in the game while preventing and recovering from various injuries and surgeries.”
While not in the office, Dr. Harper enjoys spending time on the beach, working out, and being with her family.
Dr. Rachel Franklin, D.C. is a chiropractor at the Joint- Tarpon Spring. She is passionate about helping people achieve their health goals; whether that is to overcome pain or excel in their favorite activity. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic in 1998 from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis, MN.
Dr. Franklin grew up with chiropractic as she had an episode of severe neck pain called torticollis at the age of 8, later when she was in a motor vehicle collision which causes a broken femur, her chiropractor was instrumental in helping to regain function.
Her background includes practicing and teaching at Northwestern for 8 years; during which time she trained over 100 interns and taught chiropractic methods and technique. Dr. Franklin then went into private practice utilizing chiropractic, acupuncture and nutritional therapy.
Having an “empty nest” since 2021 as her daughter moved away to college, Dr. Franklin took the opportunity to move to Florida to escape the Minnesota winters.
As an avid paddleboarder, crossfitter and gardener, Dr. Franklin spends her free time finding springs and spots to paddle, plants to keep alive and enjoys exploring trails and beaches with her mini-schnauzer.
