Love Dr.Jessica Porter!! I have going to this joint for a couple years and have been to several others. I find she is soo consistent, makes me feel the best and listens to my body the most. The folks at The Joint in Midwest City have been great! Wait times are rarely longer than 10 minutes regardless of the day. The care Jessica has provided is friendly and very thorough. Isabel and Kenzy are very friendly and helpful! Would recommend this place 10/10.

Jade, Ragan and Dr Harrison are very professional and helpful. The clinic is well run and provides very efficient help. Jade and Dr Harrison work quickly simply and provided me immediate relief from sciatica. I was in and out of my appointments within 15 minutes. Walking in instead of set appointments works nicely too.

The doctors and staff are nice, friendly. Hours sometimes are not convenient because sometimes this location does not have adequate staffing and as a result, they close early or the wait is very long. This is the first time I’ve posted a complaint… today after waiting my turn, the young lady at the front desk allowed another patient to go ahead of me after she’d just said I was next, which I was because the person she allowed to go ahead of me came in after me. I’ve gone to other The Joint locations & they better staffed and run more efficiently. Strongly considering canceling my membership because I’m super frustrated with how this location operates.

Price compared to going to my other chiropractor is better. The ability to have multiple chiropractors to adjust me gives me comfort since my last 3 chiros had different styles. I get all the styles in one place.
Only con, sometimes with only 1 doctor the line is too long to be adjusted.

SCAM. I Paid $69 for 4 treatments and they gave me 3 free for a total of 7. I only used 5 treatments before I stopped going in July. Unkown and unauthorized by me this company has been running my card monthly for a total 0f $277 stolen dollars. When I call to cancel and request my money be refunded they politely advised that the employee who signed me up (and no longer works there) should not have done that, However I have to come to the store and submit a 30 day written notice to cancel for something I never signed up for. Addiontaly a supervisor was supposed to call me to discuss but no response.

So much for the "in and out" of the ad... It was a 45 minutes wait... just to get a "doctor" that was not strong enough to adjustment me,... told me some crap about how a 'Drop table adjustment was "better" then a manual adjustment.... I guess if you ask me... it was because she does not have the necessary skill set. It's just a shell game that The Joint is playing at this place... Will not be returning
