Meet The Doctors
Dr. Jamie is a native of central Wisconsin, having grown up in Rothschild. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point and later moved to Eden Prairie, Minnesota where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2001. Additionally, she is a 2003 graduate of the Spine Research Institute of San Diego certified in whiplash and brain injury traumatology and a licensed nutritional counselor.
Dr. Jamie has been in private practice in Illinois and Wisconsin with 20+ years of experience and has taught college level anatomy and physiology and pathophysiology courses and greatly enjoys imparting this knowledge in her students and patients.
She believes in a multi-faceted approach to patient care that extends beyond the chiropractic adjustment to include educating her patients on their condition, evaluating their lifestyle risk factors, and emphasizing the importance of diet and exercise in their overall wellbeing.
She has a wide variety of professional interests which include neuromuscular dysfunction, injury, pregnancy, pediatrics, geriatrics, functional medicine, and physical rehabilitation.
Dr. Jamie’s techniques include Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator Methods in addition to orthopedic manipulation techniques and myofascial release when appropriate.
In her spare time, Dr. Jamie includes spending time with her husband and three children, reading, traveling to new places and exercising.
Dr. Jenny hails from Saskatchewan, Canada, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Human Kinetics, specializing in adaptation and rehabilitation. She began her career as an exercise therapist before relocating to Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and later Bloomington, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During her studies, Dr. Jenny traveled to Idaho to learn structural chiropractic techniques and later returned to Minnesota to focus on functional medicine, as well as the care of pediatric and pregnant patients.
Dr. Jenny is a firm believer in a holistic, whole-body approach to healthcare. She emphasizes the importance of not only chiropractic adjustments, but also patient education, nutrition, and lifestyle choices in achieving optimal health.
Her clinical interests are diverse, spanning geriatrics, pediatrics, women’s health, and sports rehabilitation. Dr. Jenny’s approach incorporates a variety of techniques, including Diversified, Activator, Thompson drop, Craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Jenny enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
