    I have a complicated spine that’s fused from Scoliosis and new hip replacements and SI fusions. I can’t have normal chiropractic care in terms of traction, manual adjustments, etc. However, the activator has done wonders for me. Dr. John is able to do one adjustment upper rib however that feels amazing. I need to have very gentle and intentional treatment. He’s done a phenomenal job.     had an outstanding experience at The Joint Chiropractic in Broomfield as a walk-in patient. I didn’t have an appointment, but the front desk was very efficient and it only took about 10 minutes to finish the initial paperwork. Dr. Jon provided exceptional care for the stiff neck and shoulder pain I was experiencing. His initial chiropractic adjustment was wonderful, but when I mentioned my upper shoulder still felt tight, he immediately listened and accommodated me. He located a rib out of place, performed an extra targeted adjustment, and gave me instant relief! Even though I don't live in this part of Colorado, I highly recommend Dr. Jon for fast, professional chiropractic care.

    The clinic regularly has no dr available on weekends or during days surrounding holidays. I travel, and weekends are important for my Healthcare routine. It's a prepay system, so I'm out of pocket for service I didn't receive due to the clinic closing without notice at lease 6+ times since January 2026. Very disappointing. I've canceled my membership. 3 weekends in a row with the clinic closed with no notice and I drove there to see a sign hung on the door vs notification in the app. Several times there was notice in the app at least, but apparently they've stopped providing that courtesy as well as not managing the clinic well enough to provide the service they charge you for.

    My back was injured during a hospital stay. The CT Scan and MRI tables caused my back problems. I found The Joint online and could have an appointment after work. I saw Ashlyn on the $29 new patient special. After my visit I was offered a $99 month special with three free extra visits. I had three surgeries and had to see if I could afford the payment. I went back a few days later after I was given the money to pay for the month. Unfortunately, saying one thing and doing another is common with these people. When I wanted to pay for the month I was quoted, they told me it had to be on the first visit. I'm glad some people are doing well with The Joint, and Dr. Ashlyn was very nice and caring, but I can't do business with a company that's manipulative, pressuring and untrustworthy. I told the lady behind the desk that I wasn't interested in working with a company I couldn't trust. I'm a Customer Service expert and if I treated my customers like that I would be fired. Good luck to anyone who buys into they're Kool-Aid.

    TL:DR - Great, affordable 5-Star chiropractic care. Use them with confidence. For those who want more of a complete review: How one feels about a service like this is going to vary highly based on a few things - how much pain one is in at the time that one arrives for service, how much one knows about how to navigate the service, the individuals one interacts with, and how much it costs. I love these guys. I showed up at their shop months ago in a lot of pain and unable to stand upright. Over the course of roughly two months, they helped get me back to standing upright and feeling good. I have become such a believer in their work that I've kept the subscription plan so I can see them once a week. All of the chiropractors I've interacted here have been great. They've listened to what's been going on with me, they've paid attention when I've told them to take it easy with one body part or another, and (importantly) the ones that I see on a regular basis remember me when they see me. I don't remember all of their names, but Dr. Alexi and Dr. Ashlan have seen me the most - if you're nervous about seeing a chiropractor, maybe call their office and ask when either of these is going to be in. I do recommend some patience when coming in, particular for the first time. They take walk-ins, which is fantastic, but that also means you're going to show up now and then when a brand new person who is absolutely in pain is there for their first consult, and they're going to be in the queue in front of you. That can create a longer wait-time. I have waited for a time approaching an hour once, but I honestly did not want to rush the process for the person who was seeing a chiropractor for the first time any more than I would have wanted my first visit rushed. As a general rule, as a result, I ask what the wait time is when I come in. That lets me think about whether or not they fit into my schedule well just then or not. Between that and a healthy respect for their lunch break (listed clearly in the hours) I have not had a bad experience.

    I went to see a chiropractor while I was out of town for pain I was having in my back, (it was my first time) and was told to continue a few more times. I could not go back to the same one, being it was in another state, so I decided to give The Joint a try. They were having a first-time special. And conveniently, they were open on a Sunday. I took a friend with me who was having some issues with her back also. Kiera at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant on the phone as well as in person. I am not positive, but I believe the Chropractor's name was Steve. (We were there on Sunday, May 4th. at 2:30pm. if that helps), he talked with each of us separately to see our individual concerns. We were both very pleased with him and our results.

    The ladies were amazingly friendly and helpful. I'd had a bad experience with a sham chiropractor before, resulting in feeling like I hit a brick wall for recovery to some serious stress-related back pain and migraine but after 1 session here, I felt better than I had in years! This is no joke, they were simply awesome. There was a slight issue w the computer system at the end of the session but the really pretty lady behind the counter was committed to making sure nothing was soured by it and that her professional mannerism mixed with stark genuine friendliness was pretty remarkable. The day was the definition of serendipity if nothing else. Thank you.

    I recently switched chiropractic care and it was the best decision I made. I was in a ton of lower back pain and when I first went in everyone was so welcoming and the prices and packages they offer are a wonderful investment. I first met with Dr. Mike from the Thornton location and he was so informative of why my back was out of place and took the time to recommend me treatment and help me set up my plan and gave me an adjustment. I was still in pain after the first visit I gave it a couple of days and Dr. Ashlyn gave me a call to check on me and see how everything was going.First of all it felt great knowing that the knew I was in pain and they where ready to help. I went back that day she called and she was so wonderful, I broke down into tears a couple of times because of the pain and she was so patient and calming and helped my back even more. She truly cared. Overall I highly highly recommend this place. I look forward to my next adjustment.

However, the receptionist insisted that since it had been 6 months since my last adjustment I would have to fill the paperwork out again even though I was paying privately.     Dr. Becca is amazing at what she does! I always feel a decade younger after a visit! And the team at The Joint is so friendly and thorough! They are also extremely cost-effective, and have pre-paid options to fit everyone's budget! Update: BUYER BEWARE! As much as I LOVED my chiropractor, I will not be continuing with The Joint. I was on their monthly plan when I was involved in an auto accident. I was told that they can no longer continue to see me during my PI claim period. Thats all fine, but I was then told that in order to put my plan on hold I would have to go into the office. At that time I had no vehicle, and was busy going to Dr's appointments and PT, and could not make it in to the office. So I continued to be billed $90/month because they wouldn't allow me to do anything over the phone. That's just bad business.

    Could barely walk a week ago due to a severely misaligned S1 joint that I tweaked going over a Tyrollean traverse amongst other things. Felt better after each session, 3 now, and I think they will get me back to rock climbing in no time. Seriously and if he even bothered to look at the chart he would see I was in the exact same time last year.He got very pissy when I mentioned that. I got off the table and left.     Dr. Nicholas is AMAZING!!!! I cannot say enough. I have been going to Joint for years and I am so glad I showed up and found Dr. Nicholas! He is super knowledgeable and truly listens to your needs and helps with recommendations at home what to do to help. He is so good. I have not had someone that I walk away feeling perfect again!     I walked in 5 min before close with an injured athlete. Refused to see us because we couldn’t complete their “in take” forms. She suggested we go to Urge t Care. You’re either open or you’re not. Suggesting a $500 visit compared to your $45 is not an option. We do chiropractic all the time. I was just asking for some assistance.     Some chiropractors that work here are better than others. If you get a bad one they can be too aggressive and set you behind in your recovery. If you look for Steve Ford's review from two months ago, it describes what also happened in my situation. I had two good adjustments and seemed to be on the road to recovery, then I woke up a little more sore one day so I went in that afternoon. I was overadjusted by a different doctor than I had seen before. She also was very aggressive with my back. I left more sore than I had been that morning. Later that evening and the next day my back felt like it had returned to its original pain before my first adjustment. It took two days to recover from that bad adjustment. I recommend if you find a good chiropractor you insist on only seeing that one - even if it means coming back another day when they are in the office.

    I drove 30+ min to get here bc they were one of the only options open and I’ve been here before. From the second I walked in and told her my name the receptionist was rolling her eyes and audibly sighing that she couldn’t find my account. She gave me a tablet that didn’t work to “resign up” which immediately brought up my info in the system. The tablet was not working so I asked for paper forms which she sighed and said it was going to be so much work for her to print. Turned out they were pre-printed in the drawer next to her. I ended up leaving because you can’t really get care for an out of place rib when you’re in such an uncomfortable situation that you can’t relax. The doctor came up front and tried to get the forms for me so she could see me and still this receptionist was rolling her and eyes and telling her it was my fault she didn’t want to help me. She was also rude to at least 2 other patients at the same time another of which left as well. Absolutely awful experience which sucks for the doctors because they lose patients because of the receptionist treating people in pain like an inconvenience to her personal existence.

    I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and rudeness in all my life. Walked in the door and the receptionist seemed to be very unhappy to be at her job. She rolled her eyes so many times at myself, my daughter and the customer behind us I’m surprised she doesn’t have a concussion. Rude and disrespectful! I didn’t sign in for treatment because of her. My daughter 34 ended up walking out because the computer/tablet wouldn’t work and it was an imposition for receptionist to provide a paper copy. The treating person in the back was very nice and tried to help but with their welcoming receptionist continuing her attitude we left without treatment. Please hire someone who enjoys working with the public and has customer service with at least a glimpse of some kind of welcome to our business. One star is because the doc was nice. Reception needs to be replaced!!

    I woke up yesterday in pain. I slept wrong, pinched nerve. After reading reviews it said that they turn people away without a Dr referral. I called and was told that won't happen. I got in and the lady Dr refused to treat me!!!! Saying I'm in too much pain. They lied about seeing me, and I wasted my time because I believed them. It's a simple vertebra out of sink. It's pinching a nerve!!!! "The joint" doesn't think it can fix this?!!!!!? They are not confident enough to do a simple adjustment?!!!!!! That's really bad!! If you actually need an adjustment, a simple adjustment, they say they're not qualified to do that!! Sounds like a scam to me!!

    Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I stopped in today (Sunday) only because most chiropractic offices are closed. My BF walked in and was first greeted by an overly condescending receptionist. She asked if he had been there before and he said yes a few months ago (so we paid the first time +) here response was oh wow yeah it’s been quite a while (Nov 2022) so he was like yeah a few months, he then waits to see the Dr. and since he doesn’t sign up for their monthly program and only go to them the Dr said he wouldn’t treat him until he sees the other Dr records. ? I’m sorry you are a WALK-IN chain with the main purpose of walking in for an adjustment.

    Love the model of being able to walk in for quick adjustments. The per month pricing is very fair. However, most practitioners at this location are impersonal and lack some "bedside manner". As someone that really doesn't like getting chiropractic care and getting "cracked" I prefer practitioners that are empathetic, check in during the visit to make sure I'm handling it ok. I will say Ashlyn is the BEST. She's very intuitive and takes time to ask questions and go through adjustments at a pace I'm comfortable with.

    Do not waste your money! Bought a two month package which was the minimum I could do. You are forced to use them even if you don’t need them and nothing rolls over.     We moved north a while back and I had to leave my longtime chiropractic clinic behind, and my manager at work convinced me to try this location of The Joint as I’ve been experiencing some pretty awful hip and low back pain lately.     THANK HEYZEUS HIMSELF I found this walk in clinic... Story time- my 8 year old son is a wild child, quite the Evil Kinevil type, adrenaline junkie, wound for sound all the time... WELL. I decided to play along a little Tuesday night and wrestle around with him... and as I was headed down full force, his heel came up full force, and we both impacted on my right side of my jaw... I couldn't move my mouth for easily 30 minutes, I was freaking out, my son was freaking out, it was a mess. A hot mess express if you will. Fast forward- next morning, I still can barely move.. I have a dental cleaning that I have to cancel because I can't move my mouth very much... so as I'm waiting for my sons cleaning to be done, I call around to chiropractors in the area, on suggestion of the dental staff,.. lots of no answers, lots of no new patients, no walk ins, etc. The joint pops up... I see $29 new patient.. surely this is a joke. I call- and the sweetest human called me right back, and explained how I could come in whenever, the hours are LATE which worked beautifully, and they have specific lunch hours (THANK YOU FOR COMMUNICATING THAT IN ADVANCE!!!) But I was more than welcome, and encouraged to come in. The entire process was so transparent and very helpful. No insurance, FSA/HSA Approved,... and the doctor was SO educational. Explained what most likely happened and the bruising and swelling that I'd feel from my injury, how we could work to fix it, and even educated me on my previous injuries with my lower back due to childbirth. The amount of popping and cracking both disgusted me and impressed me, and to say I feel a SIGNIFICANT difference in both my jaw and my back would be an understatement (I was made aware that I'll feel great for a while, then back to muscle memory and relatively sore) but the immediate effect just cannot be explained in words. It has to be experienced. SO looking forward to my next visits! If I wasn't getting ready to move across the country.     Front desk is great and the facility is clean. However, I came in for an adjustment and did not get adjusted. I think the lady doctor tried adjusting me but it felt like she really didn't have the strength to do so. She really just lightly pushed down on my back a few times and called it a day. She was very nice and informative, but I didn't get the relief I needed. My fiance on the other did get more of an adjustment, but felt worse the next day. Not sure I'd recommend this Chiropractor in particular.

    I have been visiting this location for 2 years and I can say that each time I leave I feel so much better! The tightness and pain in my body is significantly reduced after each visit and that usually lasts for a few weeks. I have the wellness plan where I get 4 visits a month. When I first started going I had excruciating pain in my back to the point I had to visit 2-3 times a week for the first few months. And after continued use, I am down to once or twice a month and my pain has gone down immensely! I highly recommend this location because the doctors and staff are also very professional and efficient.

    Do not go, would not recommend! After one month of going to The Joint I am sorely disappointed in the experience. When signing up, I was given 3 free sessions, which I was not able to use in the first month, which apparently expire, although nobody told me that they have an expiration date (or gave me any paperwork with an expiration date). Every time I went it was someone different, which is their whole set-up I suppose, but each adjustment was different and there was no consistency. I female adjusted me last and I left worse than when I came. She didn't have enough strength to do a full adjustment and fix anything, but moved things (especially in my neck) enough to throw them out of whack and do damage. The last time that I went Jeff Houston was beyond rude and unprofessional. They only have males in the office two days a week and I went on one of those two days, specifically so that I wouldn't be repeating the bad adjustment from the time before. He had no tact or professionalism and was just rude all the way around. Trying to get anything rectified with their customer service is a JOKE and all I can do is warn everyone not to come here.

    This place is like the nail salon of chiropractors. I will definitely never go back, staff is really friendly but the "Chiropractor" just kept trying to sell my their packages and didn't really have any opinion on what was wrong. All of the adjustments he did, I could have done from home.

    Dr. John Robinson is amazing! I was so nervous to visit a chiropractor. Growing up i was always told they weren't doctors and they can cause more harm then good. I have struggled with back pain for most of my adult life. This time i had thrown out my back to the point i was leaning to my left, had to keep my knees bent and couldn't stand up straight. I decided i needed to do something different outside of massages, ice/heat and stretches. My first session was very nerve racking and i expressed my concerns to Dr. Robinson and he helped me understand how and what chiropractors do. 3 sessions in and I've never felt better so quick!! I was so shocked how well i felt after each session and the day after. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go and to have Dr. Robinson help me. Everyone at this location is the sweetest and so patient. Even the front desk gal, always smiling even she is going through a rough time. They all really make you feel welcome, can't wait for my next session! :) :)

    The Joint has vastly improved my quality of life. The last few years I have been feeling terrible, and I had been chalking it up to stress and depression. Turns out I was mostly just in pain all of the time. Who knew the normal amount of pain is 0.     I love The Joint in Westminster! I've suffered from chronic pain for 20 years, and regular visits with Dr. John have absolutely improved my quality of life. I'm really glad my roommate talked me into giving it a try! I've done chiropractic before, with positive results, but I could never keep up with it for long, since its so expensive! The monthly subscription rate keeps my costs reasonable and its super convenient that I never need an appointment and can always pop in for an extra adjustment if I need it.     There is absolutely no way you can convince me this place follows correct covid procedure with disinfecting and maintains peoples safety. I scheduled two appointments for around 3 pm. Arrived at 2:55 and was told very rudely I may add by the receptionist neither of us could no longer be seen because they had an appointment at 3:10? How can you possibly expect to do two adjustments and properly sanitize between each customer in 10 minutes? Absolute joke. Don’t waste your money. And maybe hire somebody who isn’t rude as hell

    Everyone is very friendly here, however, they're overpriced and don't do much to help any chronic pain. They don't perform a physical exam, a biomechanical exam, a spinal screening, a detailed diagnosis, or any massages. If you're looking for any of that, like I was, I would not reccommend coming here.

    I had a 10Am appointment today. I arrived early and as I approached the door I glanced at my phone, 9:53, as I walked through the door the receptionist said “Um, we are not quite open yet”.     Loved Dr. John! Came in with a strained rotator cuff that was keeping me up at nights. Dr. John immediately worked on my shoulder and even got me started on exercises, which apparently, they don’t normally do. My shoulder feels so much better now and I’m not in constant pain anymore.     Today was the first time going to a chiropractor and I was nervous and in pain. The girl at the front desk was very professional and kind. She explained everything to me and offered me a bottle of water while I filled out my paperwork. Dr John was very knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and walked me through the process every step of the way. He made sure I was ok after every adjustment and explained what he was doing and why. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to join their program. My experience from my arrival to my departure was nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend this facility!

    Today we started to reopen elective health and wellness. This Joint is not the one I usually go to. It is usually where I go when I can't get into Arvada, it's better than nothing. That was my thought process when I called Arvada and they had no openings. Why not try calling the one off of Sheridan and 120th? When I called the Broomfield/Westminster office it was 1030a, they said that I could make an appointment for anytime, because all they had down was an 11a, I took the 1115a. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in from my car via the phone at 11a. I was informed on the phone that they were trying to keep people out of the waiting room, so I stood outside waiting for the next person to be done. I was waived in as she was walking out from being treated. The chiropractor tells myself and a man who walked while I was waiting outside that it would be a few minutes for him to clean. The chiropractor resurfaces from the back and invites the other person back. I ask the front desk person, "how much longer this is going to be? I have a sick husband at home, only have a sitter for an hour and I need to go grocery shopping, can I go do this now?" She replied, "that she is so sorry, they got behind and it should only be another 10 minutes." She continued to ramble and I asked her to please stop talking, she kept talking, I told her I'm having to pay a sitter a $100/hr to sit with my sick husband while I am gone, all she is doing is irritating me. Fast Forward to 1130a, I am brought back, the chiropractor thanked me for my patience, I told him I have none, I need to get cracked and get out of here. I don't even think I would have taken the time to write this review if he would have been worth his salt. Long story short, he pulled muscles on me. I am sitting here with ice and had to pop a muscle relaxer. I had restricted mobility with my neck to left before this, now I can't even turn my head. To sum up my disgust: 1. This is a Chiro I will never let touch me again, I've had better adjustments in third year clinics 2. The front desk knew I was waiting took a walk in and lied to me about it or they happen to be running late and didn't even inform me when I called and was waiting in the car. 3. This entire evolution was an extreme waste of time, money and my health. I run a wholistic wellness clinic. I would be personally embarrassed if even just one of these things happened in my practice. I'm now worse off than not even going in. I understand that sometimes things get worse before they get better, but this was not the case, this was muscles snapping. I don't know how he is not able to feel when something is way too tight to snap or the idea of torque on the neck while pushing on a shoulder. Hopefully my regular guy will be able to undo what this joker did.

    Decent place but no one really seemed like they knew what they were doing. There was a general sense of confusion when I came in for a consult. The chiropractor seemed generally confused when I was explainining the reason for my visit. He didnt ask many, if any, followup questions. He went into making some adjustments but seemed like he was trying to figure out what he was doing as he was doing it. Then at the end he just kind of abruptly ended the service without telling me anything about his recommendations...when asked for his insight and recommendations, he only gave me a textbook explaination of the benefits of chiropractic therapy and nothing in regard to me or what he was able to identify during my treatment. While I entered with an optimistic mindset, it turned out to be exactly what you would expect from a franchised chiropractic practice in a strip mall. (The people were nice, they just seemed confused and that led to a poor experience)

    Unfortunately i had went to the Westminster location after an accident and the chiropractor performed an adjustment without a thorough exam and quite possibly made it worse. After calling and leaving several messages, it took 3 weeks to hear back from customer service. I also found out that they cannot offer any refunds nor did they really care if i was not satisfied with my treatment.

    Dr. Wright is the best Chiropractor I have been to. I have been going for years and years. Some have helped but never like Dr. Wright. I have had the same problem and I have never been adjust like Dr. Wright adjusted ( my neck below the skull).     The girl at the front didnt seem to really know what's going on or really explain everything to you in a professional way. After reading all the comments I'm hoping I didnt just sign up for some plan. ( will be calling tomorrow). The chiropractor seemed to do the bare minimum to insure you come back. And was really pushy on getting you to sign up. I've gone to other chiropractors in the past and had a lot better treatment. The pain is still there in my back and I'm thinking that was on purpose to make sure I come back. As for the room there was a creepy dude in the back that was watching the while thing. But you get what you pay for 29 dollars to get you back cracked, should have known better... if he really was trying to help he would have done other simple tests to insure he did a good enlinement. I told him it still hurt a little and his response was well it will without more visits...didn't even check to see if there was something still out of enlinement....

    I joined the 2 month plan which includes 4 visits per month and feel much better going with the Joint then my other doctor whom I have been seeing since January 2018. The doctors at the joint are great, they seem to understand the problem and willing to work over and above treating the symptom. Raven at the front desk has been great and helpful with her knowledge and background also, she helped complete my paper work along with signing up my sister. I would definitely recommend the Joint at 120th and Washington.

    I had paid for a series of visits. I had email the company because of a medical issue I developed to see if I could get my time extended. No response, I told the adjuster that what he was doing, but he continued. I missed 3/4 of a month. Never heard from anyone. Will not pay for another series of appointments.     This is a great idea on paper. It's fast and afforadble and it does help basic problems, like fixing my posture. My only complaint is the costomer service of the specialists. So far it has been careless work for the last and only five visits. One doctor in particular seems to hate being there and serving anyone. It's frustrating to pay for a service and be on guard. I've heard great things about other doctors at other locations but I would say that this location needs to seriously improve their customer service from their doctors.

    Beware of the large angry women. Went in for an adjustment at a different location than usual. Explained I was in pain and when she began the adjustment i was breathing hard as this is ALWAYS a shock to my central nervous system. I got a little nauseous but when i spoke up and needed 30 seconds to recover she wanted to cancel the appointment and told me to go to urgent care. I explained this was normal for me and I needed her help not pills from the e. r. She very abruptly and harshly did two more pops to my neck that hurt because they were so quick and said all done. I've seen another great doc at a different location that was more thorough with more adjustments and actually aligns my back. Avoid this location. Very unprofessional and will not be returning.

    Horrible costumer service. They told me it was a two month agreement because there is a 30 day cancelation policy. When i went to cancel before the 2nd month because my pain wasnt getting any better. They told me i had to wait an extra month after the 2nd month to cancel. Save youre money and go somewhere else.

    Never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Jay is amazing. Made me feel comfortable. Asked why I had come in and then explained what he was going to do and why. Explained that he would like to see me a few more times to get me back in place. Came back the next day and he did it all again. Signed up for the monthly membership.     I play competitive underwater hockey and get twisted up on occasion at 56 years old, I'm all over the Denver Metro so the concept of flashing my bar code and getting in and out quickly works nicely for me, recently moved near this location. Being in Construction has its share of contributing factors to the need of Chiropractor care. I would give the Joint a 5 rating if they had a Tens Therapy, to Prep muscles for relaxation prior to adjustment so it will help stick the adjustment and stay ..! fixed

    First time I’ve ever gone to a chiropractor, so I was a little nervous. Didn’t help that I could hear people being adjusted. I thought it would be more private, like when you get a massage. A female doctor took me back (I forgot her name) and asked me about what brought me in. My back went out 6 days prior, and while it was better, it was still giving me a lot of discomfort. She proceeded to check my mobility & reflexes. We made small talk will she began to adjust me. I’ll admit the cracking was a little unnerving! When she was done I felt better, but I thought she would have spent more time at the source of my pain. I guess sine it was my initial visit, I was given a full adjustment? I did think it would have lasted longer. Overall, a good experience. I signed up for the monthly plan, so I will be back.

    I had a severe lower back injury to the point I could hardly walk and went in seeking relief. I am new to the area and had never been to the joint before, but have been to many other chiropractors for similar issues. After filling out the standard paperwork, I was seen right away. I was escorted into a large, open room with multiple tables, where other people were sitting and watching me receive my adjustment. When the chiropractor was done adjusting me, he took my hands and pulled me straight up to a sitting position, with my feet still on the table; this was incredibly painful and knowing what my injury was, I was shocked he had me maneuver my body this way. He then proceeded to explain the different pricing tiers and told me I would need 5-6 more treatments to get my back in order and that the front desk could help me out. By this point, I was in so much pain, I just wanted to pay and leave. I was overwhelmed by the pricing options and chose the package of six to cover what they said I would need. After I left, it became clear to me that the experience I'd had at the joint was an uncomfortable one and I didn't wish to go back there. I called and explained this and was told to expect a call back from a manager. Several weeks later and no call back, so I called again. I explained again what my experience was, requested to pay the single visit price and get a refund of the balance I had paid towards six visits. They refused to give a refund for services I paid for but did not receive. So I have paid $180 for the WORST chiropractic visit I've ever received. This place is a racket. Take your body and your money elsewhere. I would give zero stars if that were possible.

    For $29, I got finally have reasons and diagnosis for the years of chronic severe pain in my hips and lower back caused from ballet.
