Wearing sunscreen isn’t a priority for far too many people, but is should be. Not only does it help to protect from the sun, but it also helps to keep the skin hydrated and the elasticity at a healthy level. Every day exposure to the sun ages the skin at a rapid rate, so applying sunscreen is one of the simplest methods to looking youthful and young for longer.

Wash

It’s easy to wash the face in the morning, but many people fail to give the face the once over before their heavy heads hit the pillow at night. Leaving diet and grime on the face that has accumulated throughout the day can mean that pores become clogged and the skin and face become damaged far faster than on an individual that regularly washes at night.

Hydrating the skin is crucial, and water can only do so much, in order to keep the skin from drying out, use moisturizer frequently.
